About Us
Who are we?
On a cold night in 2019, we ventured out into a Michaels craft store to pick up supplies for a new hobby, candle making. A hobby that would soon comfort us by keeping our minds and hands occupied, while we stayed inside of our home to stay safe during the pandemic. During that time, what was simply a hobby became a genuine interest. For over a year, we experimented and tested different vessels, wicks, and fragrances to make safe, beautiful and luxury scented candles. We began giving out our candles to family and friends, and they enjoyed our candles so much they asked for more. On March 11, 2021, we officially became a limited liability company, certified by the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC), and we were up and running for business.
Our Products.
What separates us from other candles is that the fragrance lasts until the entire candle burns and will be enjoyed until the end. Currently, we have four candle fragrances in our collection; Sandalwood Oasis, Nocturne Rose, Midnight Orchid, and Paeonia Garden, all are yours to enjoy. All of our candles are hand poured in Virginia, and each fragrance used is designed as complex as perfume. Our fragrances are phthalate-free, and cruelty free.
Our Mission.
We want our candles to help you cultivate a lifestyle, help elevate your home into a place of tranquility, to be enjoyed in your own company or to create unforgettable memories with your friends and family. In the 21st century there is much emphasis on going out into the world, putting all our energy and time into competing, toiling away. Often times our efforts are unacknowledged or underappreciated, leaving us angry, dejected and stressed out. Over time, these feelings can have harmful effects on both our physical, emotional, and mental health. The outside world can be cruel, overstimulating, and hasty, we hide our true selves to gain acceptance, we must put on personas to fulfill obligations, pursue our goals, and provide for ourselves. Often times it’s seen as self-absorbed to engage in self-care, trivial to pamper oneself, and distasteful to be peacefully languid in one’s own home. Our candles can be used to set a mood, create atmosphere, or simply to enjoy the sight and sound created by a flickering candlelight. You will be able to create your own personal sanctuary within your home, and your refuge from the often tumultuous, stressful, and combative outside world, because you deserve it.
