Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way standard shipping takes an estimated 3-4 business days and economy shipping takes 5-8 business days.

 

Exchange Policy

We only except exchanges on any candle that has NOT BEEN BURNED AND IS IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. Follow the return process and include which candle fragrance you would like in exchange in the email.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

We except returns on any candle that has NOT been burned, RECEIVED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS AND IS IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.

If you notice that one of your products has been damaged during shipping, we invite you to follow the return process. As soon as we receive the product, the money will be refunded back to you.

 

Return Process

First take a photo of the product you wish to return or exchange and attach it in the email. Second write an email describing the issue in detail, for example if the product was damaged in shipping or why you want an exchange or a refund. Finally send the email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
